DEXSTAR® Agglomerated Dextrose is a dextrose based sweetener, with excellent properties where fermentation may be required for use in a range of beverage applications. DEXSTAR® Agglomerated Dextrose is available in agglomerated versions for confectionery, canned, and convenience and dairy applications. It is suitable for tableting and is ideal as a bulking agent for high intensity sweeteners.

Dextrose is the term given by the food industry to D-glucose, which is used by all living cells as a source of energy. It is produced by plants as they photosynthesize.

ISOSWEET® High Fructose Corn Syrup

Also known as liquid corn sweetener, ISOSUGAR® 100, ISOSWEET® 5500, glucose-fructose syrup, HFCS, fructose-glucose syrup

 

ISOSWEET® High Fructose Corn Syrup is a nutritive corn-based sweetener which is approximately 0.2 to 0.4 times sweeter than sugar. High fructose corn syrup is created when corn syrup undergoes enzymatic processing, producing a sweeter compound containing higher levels of fructose. All syrups provide stability, high osmotic pressure, and crystallisation control, improving viscosity and sweetness across your product portfolio.

STALEYDEX® Crystalline Dextrose

Also known as crystalline dextrose

 

STALEYDEX® Crystalline Dextrose 333 is a crystalline dextrose produced through the total hydrolysis of corn starch. It is ideal for prepared food mixes requiring a dispersing agent, bulking agent or sweetener. Available as a crystalline white powder with a refreshing sweet taste, STALEYDEX® Crystalline Dextrose 333 has a nutritive value of 4/Kcal per gram of dry matter.

 

STALEYDEX® Crystalline Dextrose 333 can be used as a sweetener or fermentable sugars source in applications such as confectionery, bakery mixes, beverages, ice-cream, dessert powders and processed meat.
