Primient Announces New Chicago-area HQ and Significant Investments as Company Enters Second Year

22 June 2023

Schaumburg, IL (June 22, 2023) Primient a leading producer of food and industrial ingredients made from plant-based, renewable sources announces the opening of its new headquarters and significant investments as the company moves into second year.

A Purpose Built, Collaboration Forward Headquarters

The 24,000 square foot office located in the Woodfield Preserve Office Center, 20 N. Martingale Rd., Schaumburg, Illinois, is home to 60 Primient employees and proudly celebrates the company’s 100+ year legacy as well as its bright future in both form and function.

The space blends an industrial feel that tells the story of Primient’s agriculture and manufacturing roots but also reflects a refined and eclectic sense of style in its fixtures, fabrics, and furniture while supporting choice and flexibility in ways of working and connecting.

"Our new office space brings our heritage, culture, and values to life. We are proud to share this space with our employees, partners, and community. The future of Primient is limitless. We’re confident that this new office positions us to attract world-class talent to work in our open and inclusive environments."  Yanick Wilson, Chief People Officer, Primient

Driving a Growth Strategy Year Two and Beyond

The new headquarters is just one bold step Primient is making as it moves into its second year. Since the company’s launch in April 2022, Primient has approved capital investment of over $200m back into its facilities, with more than $100m already working to improve and develop assets across its facility network in the US and Brazil.

In addition to its US and LATAM manufacturing asset investments, Primient opened its Global Shared Services Center in Łódź, Poland this April, welcoming just over 100 employees. The team will celebrate the addition of their new, dedicated office later this summer.

Growth and Investment are the Constant Drumbeat in Primient’s Strategy

"Growth and investment are constant pillars in Primient’s strategy. Historically, community partnership has been an influential driver for our success. Reinvesting in our facilities and consistently seeking ways to partner in the communities in which we are planted will always be a part of our development and strategic focus."
