Primient Debuts at NYSCC Suppliers’ Day 2022 as a Leading Producer of Personal Care Products
New York City– (May 3, 2022) – Primient makes its debut at this year’s New York Society of Cosmetic Chemists (NYSCC) Suppliers’ Day at the Javits Center, May 3 - 4, 2022. (Booth #1603). The company enters the personal care industry with a strong portfolio of proven products and trusted application expertise, including bio-based solutions which provide premium thickening, gelling, and emulsion functionality across a wide range of personal care applications.
Primient was established as the result of Tate & Lyle PLC (“Tate & Lyle”) selling a controlling stake in its Primary Products business in North America and Latin America to KPS Capital Partners, LP (“KPS”). The new privately held company is majority-owned and controlled by KPS, while Tate & Lyle retains a minority stake.
As personal care shifts into more bio-based and sustainable materials, Primient is uniquely positioned to offer superior solutions for these needs.
